What happens when you reach out
Every enquiry goes to Simon directly - there is no call centre and no sales team. Whether you send the form, text, or call, you are speaking to the person who would do the work.
The consultation is free and there is nothing to sign
A consultation takes thirty to sixty minutes. Simon looks at your scalp, asks what bothers you about it, and tells you what scalp micropigmentation can and cannot do in your case. If you are not a good candidate, he will say so. You leave with a plan and a price, not a deposit request.
You do not have to come in first
If travelling to the studio is inconvenient, send photographs instead. Good light, no hat, and a few angles - front hairline, crown, and one from the side - are usually enough for an initial opinion. You can attach a photo to the consultation form or text it.

SMP Treatment is at 520 Montgomery Street, Suite 209, San Francisco, CA 94111, in the Financial District. The studio is open Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, by appointment. Clients also travel in from Oakland, San Jose, Marin and the wider Bay Area.
